As global communications expands throughout the world, so does the need of a global lingua franca that is recognized and understood by people everywhere.        It is estimated that the number of Native English speaker is 300 to 450 million people but more than one billion are approximated to speak English as a second or foreign language. In some 20 to 30 countries, English is merging with native languages consequence with the Creation of hybrid English tongues.

       Indeed, English has arrived a global language.
